Libraries Now Carrying New 'Nuts and Bolts' Guides

Want to know more about tax issues that specially impact homeowners? Need answers to questions about wills and trusts, probate, avoiding probate, or estate administration? Want to know more about avoiding estate and gift taxes? Need the straight story on the Medi-Cal nursing home program?

These and many other questions are answered in H.E.L.P.'s concise, plain-language "Nuts and Bolts" guides now available at the reference desks of more than 40 libraries across Los Angeles County.

"These are the best concise guides available on these tricky topics," said H.E.L.P. Executive Director Ed Long. "And we're thrilled to collaborate with public libraries across Los Angeles County to make the guides available at no cost to so many people."

If your public library (anywhere in California) doesn't yet have the guides, ask your reference librarian or library manager to contact H.E.L.P. to request a free set - while supplies last. They are also available for purchase from H.E.L.P. See help4srs.org or call (310) 533-1996.
