New Staff at H.E.L.P.

Two new employees have recently joined the staff of H.E.L.P., Executive Director Ed Long announced this week. Mary Tabata is the new Community Service Assistant, and Timothy Gray has taken over duties as Office Manager. At H.E.L.P., Tabata will be conducting mini-classes and assisting callers who have questions, Long said. Tabata will receive a Master of Science degree in Gerontology from the University of Southern California. She has also been a teaching assistant in the School of Religion and assistant director of admission at the USC Law School as well as geriatrics care manager for Silverado Senior Services in Los Angeles. Gray, a recent graduate of California Polytechnic University of California at Pomona with a degree in psychology, has been a teaching assistant, administrative assistant and teacher during his college years.
