JERRY KOUZMANOFF AND HAL LAZAR JOIN H.E.L.P. BOARD

Jerry Kouzmanoff and Hal Lazar recently joined H.E.L.P.'s independent Board of Directors.

Jerry is president of Kouzmanoff Financial & Insurance Services, an insurance and financial services firm in Torrance. Jerry has more than 35 years experience working with individuals, professionals and business owners in solving financial planning needs. He has many years of community involvement, and is past president of the Torrance Jaycees, the Rotary Club of Del Amo and the Los Angeles General Agents and Managers Association.

Hal is an entrepreneur and semi-retired business executive. Most recently he was CEO of Lazar Associates, a Torrance-based designer and developer of enterprise computing software. He has more than 30 years of management experience in large organizations including Xerox and General Electric. Hal's other community activities include ongoing work for the Assistance League and the Palos Verdes Peninsula Rotary.
