Ms. Helen Dennis and Dr. Lowell Greenberg were recently named to H.E.L.P.'s independent Board of Directors.
Ms. Dennis is a self-employed specialist on aging, employment and retirement. The "Successful Aging" columnist for the Daily Breeze, Ms. Dennis is also a lecturer at the USC Andrus Gerontology Center. She is also the editor of two books: Retirement Preparation and Fourteen Steps in Managing an Aging Work Force.
Dr. Greenberg is a recently-retired physician (medical oncologist and hematologist) and former associate clinical professor of medicine at UCLA. For many years, Dr. Greenberg was the senior partner and president of Cancer Care Associates. He also served as the medical director - oncology of Little Company of Mary Hospital.
"Helen's great experience with retirement and aging issues, and Lowell's with health, medicine and end-of-life issues, will be especially valuable in H.E.L.P.'s work.
