The Last Acts Family Committee recently published its updated comprehensive resources guide to assist family caregivers find the information they need to better care for those facing the end-of-life. The guide, called Last Acts Consumer/Family Resources for End-of-Life Care, contains information from numerous organizations offering a variety of caregiver resources including books, videos, web sites and brochures.
