On September 9, 2003, the Food and Drug Administration began a campaign to increase awareness about the latest research concerning menopausal hormone replacement therapy. The FDA and other agencies of the Department of Health and Human Services have developed a two-page fact sheet, along with a list of items for women to address with health care professionals. Both items are available in English and Spanish. The fact sheet and list of items, as well as additional information related to menopause and hormone replacement therapy, are available from the National Women's Health Information Center web site at www.4woman.gov.
