Who and Where We Serve

We help people meet aging-related legal and care challenges. We serve without regard to age, race, religion, national origin, gender, disability or sexual orientation. There is no limit or restriction based on income or resources. H.E.L.P. reserves the right to limit the type, amount or level of services it will provide to any person.

We provide services at the H.E.L.P. Center (in Torrance). We also travel from the H.E.L.P. Center to provide classes at other locations in the South Bay portion of Los Angeles County.
