H.E.L.P.'s Office is located in Downtown Torrance, near the southeast corner of Cravens and Post. This location houses a reception area, a confidential consultation room, a small meeting room and administrative space.

To reach out to the community, H.E.L.P. holds classes and conducts private consultations at multiple sites throughout the South Bay Area, including Senior Centers, libraries and other public facilities.
