H.E.L.P. is a not-for-profit organization supported through donations and individuals volunteering their time and services. More than 70% of H.E.L.P.'s funding comes from donations by individuals, couples and families. More than 40 people actively volunteer at H.E.L.P.

Did you know that you can leave a gift to H.E.L.P. through your will or trust or your IRA or life insurance? When you do, you’ll help older adults — even after you’re gone!

Consider the following language for a will or trust: 

“I give [describe gift] to Healthcare and Elder Law Programs Corporation (also known as H.E.L.P.), a California non-profit public benefit corporation, to be used in such manner as its Board of Directors shall determine.” 

If you wish to designate your gift for a particular purpose, we would be happy to discuss options with you.
